Years ago during a commercial break on the Psychic Healing Radio Show on WCBM in Baltimore, my producer Rock Applebaum announced that he needed to go to Montana.
 

He wanted to see the big sky and wear his cowboy hat while relaxing by a babbling brook in the mountains. I immediately raised my hand and enthusiastically stated: "I want to go!". 
Rock then replied, "If you show up at my house on my birthday,
with your bags packed...then we'll go". 
 

So I did and off we went on our road trip.
While driving in the Black Hills, I noticed a herd of buffalo roaming in the distance.
Rock stopped the truck and I jumped out to say a prayer of gratitude and offer tobacco. Rock grabbed his camera and caught the magic on film. (Notice the light going from the buffalo to the field and then straight to my heart). 

During the prayer, Earth Mother tapped me on the shoulder to tell me that I would now carry buffalo medicine and that there was a souvenir gift by my right foot. I looked down to find the most beautiful rock in the shape of a buffalo!

It's on my altar to this day.
